This spacious 7 bedroom villa is complimented by a large sun terrace and landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun, leading to a large infinity edged pool and integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 8, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.

With great attention to detail, Coral Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and huge comfortable sofas, complimented by Thai silks and artwork throughout.

For entertainment, Coral Villa boasts a spacious games room with a large pool table, dart board and gym equipment. The games room leads up to a functional office, with telephone and internet access.

Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom), all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with queen/single bunk bed, and a maid/nanny’s room with queen sized bed therefore comfortably accommodating 12+ people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second twin bedroom is also located upstairs, ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king-sized beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 has bunk beds (with a queen bed below and a single bed above) and a shared bathroom with bedroom 5. Bedroom 7 has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer. There is also a second living room with 50″ TV, DVD player and cable TV, for further entertainment.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50″ flat screen television with DVD player (including a selection of movies) and satellite TV with over 50 channels, as well as a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside you can relax, or dine at the 12-seater dining table, on the under-cover balcony while taking in the valley views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

The Villa also offers wireless internet access, an office with desk and landline telephone for those who cannot totally escape, or have to keep in touch with the rest of the world.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount, less any deductions for extra expenses incurred during your stay, will be returned when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.

As part of the private development, This Villa is prominently located in the top corner, allowing for some of the best views. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities.
