This generous villa, situated at the heart of this prestigious development, is colourfully decorated in Thai fabrics and artwork to compliment the solid wooden furniture and minimalist design. The rustic internal colours reflect the Asian feel while taking in the beautiful open views across the valley and down towards the coast. Offering several areas inside and outside to relax and gather, this villa is the perfect residence to spread out and enjoy island life.

The expanse of this villa is illustrated through the 7 bedrooms offering room for up to 15 people. With two living areas, a spacious balcony, an outside sala perfect al fresco dining, and an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with feature sun bathing platform and Jacuzzi, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind while no one imposes on each others’ personal space.

The various living areas and outside space are complimented by a large games room, complete with pool table, dart board and gym equipment offering even more variety to the entertainment.

A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any residents to prepare desired meals.

Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom or maid’s room), all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds and 4 singles (bunk bed formation); and one room with twin single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 14 people. The 7th bedroom is ideal for a maid or extra person as it has a single bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering two single beds, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed, and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 6 next door with the bunk beds, so again ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 has a single bed, again with en-suite bathroom, and is designed as a maid’s room, but can comfortably accommodate an adult guest if they do not wish to share with others.

The ground floor also boasts the unique further accommodation of a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV; plus a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50″ flat screen TV/DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the open valley views across Nai Harn.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount will be returned when checking out of can be deducted off any extra cost incurred during stay.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes nonrefundable.

The Villa is located at the edge of the development, on the hillside, allowing wide open views way into the distance across the village dwellings and grassland. Neighboured by only one other villa, the Villa’s impressive size gives a feeling of privacy and seclusion without being isolated. The purpose-built estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and many tourist activities. It is also far enough away not to have these destroy the tranquillity and peace so rarely found. Amber Villa enjoys beautiful 180 degree unobstructed views across the valley, peaceful village and lush farmland areas.
