With great attention to detail, the Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and huge comfortable sofas, all complimented by Thai silks and artwork throughout.

For entertainment, the boasts a spacious games room with a pool table, dart board and gym equipment.

Accommodation comprises of 7 bedrooms, with most bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with queen/single bunk bed and bedroom 7 with a single bed. Therefore, comfortably accommodating 14 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A twin bedroom is also located upstairs, ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king-sized beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and allow access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 has bunk beds (with a queen bed below and a single bed above) and a shared bathroom with bedroom 5.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during the stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount will be returned when checking out, less any deductions for expenses (losses, damages, etc.) incurred during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days or less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.

The Villa’s position at the top of the hill within the private development allows for some of the best views. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities.
