These complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area. The stunning master bedroom, with its beautiful, hard wood vaulted ceiling is the height of romantic opulence.

Accommodation comprises of 5 double bedrooms, all en suite over two levels. It can readily accommodate 10 people and depending on the age of your children up to 14 guests.

The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms (bedroom 4, with king size bed, and bedroom 5, with two single beds), a self-contained area with its own kitchenette living and dining room and a huge main lounge with an open plan fully-fitted luxury kitchen. The main living area covering half the downstairs area comes complete with a 3m dining room table seating 12, 3 large leather sofas and a home theatre system lending itself to perfect entertaining. All rooms downstairs open onto the sundeck and pool.

Upstairs comprises of 3 further double bedrooms: The master bedroom has a super king size 4 poster bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is a cloakroom, a study and a lounge opening onto an alternative seating area on a surround balcony over looking the pool area and coconut trees.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount, less any extra expenses incurred during the stay, will be returned when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days or less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
