Accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, split between two levels, accommodating a maximum of 12 people.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms plus the main kitchen, dining table, living room and 50″ TV (with DVDs and cable TV) all opening onto the balcony and pool area. Downstairs also has 3 bedrooms plus a second living room with 42″ TV, a kitchenette, and a large games room with sofas and a pool table to keep the children amused.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a large family bathroom.

Downstairs, bedroom 4 offers a further king size bed with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. Bedroom 5 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 6 has single bunk beds ideal for children.

The fully fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Adjacent to the open plan kitchen is a large dining table for 10, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount (less any additional expenses incurred during your stay) will be returned when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.

Our Villa benefits from being located within the private development. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities.
