The expanse of this villa, can be seen throughout the 6/7 bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 15 guests. With two living areas, a spacious balcony and outside sala perfect for al fresco dining; plus an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 metre swimming pool which features a sun bathing platform and Jacuzzi, there is plenty of room for all guests to relax and unwind.

The various living areas and outside space are complemented by a large games room, complete with pool table, dart board and gym equipment offering even more variety to the areas guests can gather for entertainment.

Finally a fully-fitted western kitchen offers the opportunity for guests, or the villa’s cook (upon request), to prepare all desired meals as everything required is at your disposal and breakfast, BBQ favourites or a selection of delicious Thai dishes can be chosen from the villa’s in-house menu for your party to enjoy.

Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom or maid’s room), all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds and 4 singles (bunk bed formation); and one room with a queen bed and single bunk bed above, therefore comfortably accommodating 15 people. The 7th bedroom is ideal for a maid or extra person as it has a single bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering the queen bed with a single bunk bed above, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed, and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 6 next door with the bunk beds, so again ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 has a single bed, again with en-suite bathroom, and is designed as a maid’s room, but can comfortably accommodate an adult guest if they do not wish to share with others.

The ground floor also boasts the unique further accommodation of a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV; plus a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50″ flat screen TV/DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the 180 degree open valley views across Nai Harn.

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

This rental holiday home also offers wireless internet access throughout the villa, and a landline telephone for local calls.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount, less any extra expenses incurred during the stay, will be returned when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days or less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
